- Cross-sector Collaboration: Partnering with educational institutions, local governments, corporations, tourism boards, and civil society to integrate the arts into into national and local development agendas.
- Venue Support & Sustainability: Working with venue operators, architects, and urban planners to secure affordable and sustainable spaces for performance, rehearsal, and arts programming.
- Funding & Resources: Developing public-private partnerships to provide financial support, infrastructure, and resources for productions, festivals, touring shows, and arts initiatives.
